We serve the surrounding communities of Beachwood, Orange, Shaker Heights, Highland Hills, Mayfield Heights and also have many patients from the west side and places farther away. Do you offer Insurance?
We accept most traditional insurance plans so please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Dr. Lee Farkas and Dr. Erik Fink, do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Do I need to be referred by a doctor?
No, simply just pick up the phone or fill the form online to request an appointment.
